Marketing Communications Internship

This is a hands-on internship designed for senior-level college students in Marketing Communications or a similar program.

The internship is unpaid (for academic credit) and runs in parallel with academic semesters.

Responsibilitiesarrow
  • Provide support to the Substance151 internal team in the following areas of business: research and analysis, communications, proposals, PR and social media.
  • Assist with client-related account activities, such as competitive research, marketing reports and presentations.
  • Perform project management and administrative-related tasks.
  • Accomplish other tasks, as identified according to individual skills and career goals.

  • You are a 4th year undergraduate student enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a similar program at an accredited university.
  • You are hardworking, research-oriented individual who realizes the importance of quality in every aspect of your work and you always go the extra mile, beyond the “must-haves” of the given assignment.
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about learning from experienced professionals, but who will take the initiative to learn from your own research and analysis.

Requirementsarrow
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience with digital marketing, WordPress content management, analytics and social media is a plus
  • Skilled in online research.
