Project

With the mantra “Design Changes Lives” a Baltimore-based Interior Design and Architecture firm PLDA needed an outreach campaign to provide consistent ongoing communications to its prospects, clients and teaming partners. Based on design attributes – Color, Vision and Value, Substance151 developed a campaign that incorporated both PLDA’s design sensibilities and its value to the clients. Designed as a series of mailers, the campaign was sent out quarterly and was extremely well received by PLDA’s audiences.

Looking to build on the success of the print campaign, PLDA approached Substance151 to help redesign their corporate website to better communicate PLDA’s brand message to its audiences and showcase their latest projects and industry expertise.

Expanding on the visual concept and messaging of the print campaign, the new website design incorporates five words that communicate PLDA’s philosophy: design, business, sustainability, innovation, technology. The color system used on the home page carries through to the secondary sections of the website, creating visual continuity and helping users categorize presented information.
